  • You are the contact person for our Trusted Shops buyer protection and consumer service

  • You will be responsible for the examination and release of incoming buyer protection and warranty cases of our B2C customers

  • You are the contact person for our shops when it comes to warranty cases, making you a decisive interface between B2B and B2C

  • You efficiently support the securing and maintenance of our quality criteria

  • In cooperation with your colleagues you will ensure a customer-oriented approach

  • You support and advise our B2B and B2C customers by providing support in the ticket system, by telephone in German and English, as well as in another European foreign language.

  • You are responsible for data preparation and maintenance in our systems.

  • You collect and pass on feedback in order to further expand and optimize our products and services together with other Trustees 

Job requirements

  • You are fluent in German at a native speaker level and in English (B2)

  • A third spoken language e.g. French, Spanish or Polish on a B2 Level or higher would be nice to have

  • You have already completed a commercial apprenticeship or have experience in back office activities as well as customer service

  • You have an independent, structured way of working and are reliable

  • You are open to also support our other internal customer service teams (Review Service or Consumer Service) if there is the need

  • You have strong positive communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers

  • You are confident with MS Office

  • You enjoy working in a team, are proactive and contribute new ideas
